Service Modifications and Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your garden design project, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Design Revisions
We include a reasonable number of design revisions in our service packages. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Material Returns
For materials and plants purchased through our services, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in original condition with packaging intact. Plants must show no signs of damage or deterioration beyond normal handling.
Refund Process
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For service cancellations, refund terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Services
Completed design work, consultation services, and installation work that has been substantially completed may not be eligible for full refunds. We will work with you to address any concerns and find appropriate solutions.
